Reminders May 27 – last day of school; We will be in Remsen all day to participate in the Olympics. Your child will dress in their Olympic color (if you forgot their color it is listed below); a sack lunch is needed; dismissal at 12:30 (NOTE THE TIME CHANGE AGAIN!!!!!! Hopefully this is the last time it gets changed J)
This will be the last newsletter for the year. I had a wonderful year with your child, and I hope you encourage them to read, write, and practice their addition facts over the summer. It is important to practice throughout the summer so they retain what they have learned and are ready for 2nd grade. Visit the Public Library, and if you and your child don’t already have a number be sure to get one so that you can check out books. The Remsen library will be running their summer program “Make a Splash at Your Library” June 1st through June 23rd. Have a great summer!
